| 1999-Carmichael
kicked ass once again and won the 125cc Motocross championship. 1998 - Carmichael continued his winning ways in 1998,
capturing the 125cc Eastern Region Supercross championship by winning every round of the
series, the first rider in history to do so. Carmichael went on to lock up the 125cc Mazda
Truck Motocross Nationals championship with one round remaining on the schedule... took
eight overall motocross wins and an additional podium finish...rode for Pro Circuit
Kawasaki.
1997- Carmichael blazed into his first
professional 125cc Supercross season, taking Eastern Region wins at Atlanta, Orlando, and
Charlotte . Had a stellar
year in the 125cc National Motocross series, winning the championship with eight overall wins and three podium
finishes... Rode for Team Splitfire/Pro Circuit.
1996 - A record-setting rider in AMA Amateur
Motocross, Carmichael rode in his first pro race in the final 125cc Motocross event of the
year at Delmont and finished eighth... Earned AMA Motocross Rookie of the Year Award. |
