Career Highlights
1999 - Ward took the AMA 250cc Supercross win at Seattle, and took three additional series podium finishes. He took three, top-five overall finishes in the AMA 250cc Motocross Nationals. Raced with factory Suzuki team

1998 - Ward won the Tampa, Fla., 250cc Supercross under heavy rains and very muddy conditions...had two additional series podium finishes... placed in the top-10 in 12 of the 16 Supercross series races. In the 250cc Mazda Truck Motocross Nationals series, Ward took overall podium finishes at New Berlin, and Binghamton, N.Y., and had three more overall top-five finishes...raced for Team Suzuki.

1997 - Had podium finishes in the 250cc Supercross rounds at Los Angeles, Seattle and Pontiac, Mich... Placed in the top-10 at all but two events..Took second overall at Troy, Ohio, 250cc National Motocross round and third overall at Sacramento, Calif. and Binghamton, N.Y... Rode for Honda of Troy.

1996 - Had a disappointing Supercross season after missing several races due to a broken thumb suffered while racing in Europe...Second at Charlotte was his top Supercross finish of the season... Earned his highest career ranking in AMA 250cc Motocross on the strength of six top-five finishes in the outdoor Nationals... Third at Troy, Ohio was best 250cc Motocross finish.

1995 - Recorded seven podium finishes in AMA Supercross Series, including second-place finishes at Anaheim, California, San Diego, California and Las Vegas, Nevada... Second-ranked Supercross rider, his highest career ranking... Top non-factory rider in Supercross and second-ranked non-factory rider in 250cc Motocross... Earned four top-five 250cc Motocross finishes and was the sixth-ranked rider in the series... Finished second in World Supercross competition.

1994 - Took four top-five Supercross finishes, including a season best second at Pontiac, Michigan... Season best 250cc Motocross finish was second in Binghamton, New York... Signed with Team Noleen/Sizzler/Yamaha.

Larry is riding the 125's this year and oh my does he have serious competition, but I have faith in my boy and I know he'll hang tough. I missed him during SX season and hope he has a ride next year.   And oh yeah, he has an awesome smile!
